Operations Table errors

These errors typically take the format of “Error saving data for completed operation, it will not show up in the Operations Table after restarting Geneious” or “Unable to read saved list from disk. Some previously run local operations will be missing from the Operations Table”.

These errors indicate that the connection to your database broke while you were running an analysis and Geneious was writing to your disc.  The file “operationTableCallbackRows.xml” is now incomplete so you'll have to delete it to get rid of the error.  You can find this file in your Geneious Data folder.
