Why isn’t my license valid?

If you have a perpetual license, it may not be valid for the version of Geneious you are trying to run.  You may need to purchase an upgrade for your license to use the latest version of Geneious.  

If you have a subscription license, your subscription period may have finished.  You will have to renew your subscription in order to continue using Geneious.  

Note that Perpetual licenses issued before October 1st, 2012 came with 1 year of free upgrades.  Version licenses issued after this date will be valid for the version of Geneious they were purchased for.
